Period of contract : (12) months from the Effective Date unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement.

Services Offered : Performing e-KYC of the customers using paytms golden gate mobile app doing biometric authentication using aadhar details
Kiosk On-boarding & Management – (Biometric- Aadhaar) :
i). Service Provider enters Paytm Payments Bank Ltd customer’s mobile no. on the Paytm KYC app.
ii). Service provider to ensure that customer reads KYC T&Cs mentioned on Paytm KYC app / KYC form.
iii). Service Provider asks for Paytm passcode delivered on Paytm Payments Bank Ltd customer’s registered mobile no. and enters in the KYC app.
iv). Service Provider enters Aadhaar no. and get the fingerprint scan.
v). Customer to confirm the details.
vi). Service Provider to take consent to T&C as confirmed by Paytm.
vii). Service Provider to fill & verify other details in the KYC app and submit the request.
viii). Service Provider to maintain the details of all leads processed by him/it, if required by Paytm and in the format prescribed by Paytm.
